Refund policy

1. Timeframe
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. After that period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange except where required by law/warranty.
2. Conditions
- Item unused, in its original packaging/condition, with all accessories/manuals.
- Non-returnable: digital downloads, gift cards, intimate/sanitary products, perishables, or hazardous materials.
3. Process
- Email us at info@dealtide.market with your order number and reason.
- We’ll send return instructions and the return address (Bahía Blanca, Argentina) or a label if applicable.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
4. Refunds
If approved, we process the refund to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary. If you don’t see the refund, contact your card issuer/bank, then reach out to us.
5. Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items with the same or a similar item (subject to stock). Email us to coordinate.
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours or the product is defective. If you receive a refund, original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless required by law).
7. Sale Items
Sale items are refunded per applicable law; if no stock is available for an exchange, store credit may be offered.
8. Insured Shipments
For returns valued over USD 75, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
