Our origin

We started at a kitchen table in Bahía Blanca . Between cups of mate and endless tests, we curated solutions for everyday life: organizing, saving time, traveling light, enjoying your car, studying better, transforming an environment with a scent.

Can I return it if it wasn't what I expected?

Yes, you have 30 days from delivery . The item must be unused and with all its accessories. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of our error or a defective product. See Exchanges and Returns .

How and when do they refund?

Once the item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within 10 business days to the original method of payment. Bank/issuer processing times may vary. See Refund Policy .

My package arrived damaged or something is missing.

Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 15 business days (international), we consider the package lost. See Shipping Policy .
